Order processing

Products are prepared by our fulfillment partners after an order is confirmed. Processing times vary by product, destination, and order volume. Print-on-demand items are made especially for each order and may require additional production time before shipment.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Multiple shipments

Items may be fulfilled by different partners or locations. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates without an additional charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Please allow time for the carrier to activate newly issued tracking information.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, changes may not be possible.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or import requirements imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
